Excellent insight and guidance!!!

This book is full of insight and detail about what to do and why. It provides information and experience-based insight on how to move forward with the complex task of bringing on employees. It discusses forms, laws, payroll mechanics and responsibilities, as well as how to develop your culture. A 'must have' for any entrepreneur or growing small business.

Rhonda Abrams is a dream for business owners and "want to own a business" prospects. This book, as all of
her works are very complete from the basic to the necessary.
We use this and other books such as The Successful Business Plan with our clients and in our trainings at
the Small Business Development Center. No other author offers more or better reference and practical knowledge
for small businesses.
As the SBDC Director, I use and recommend these books continually. Thank you Rhonda for all your work.

Simple with Great Work Sheets

This is really a great book. If you are starting a company and have no clue how to hire your first employee, I would really recommend this book. It is more of a workbook format, which is great because filling in the forms really gives you a good idea of where you stand and who you need to hire. The sections are concise, but contain a lot of helpful little bits that you should know.
I actually got my copy for free via a Quickbooks promotion, but I will definitely be buying other books by Rhonda if they are as helpful as this one.
