Waging War on Complexity Costs book provides the best break down on the components of complexity and how to solve the complexity mantra through various approaches and principles. It makes you really think about how complexity permeates throughout a company both in good and bad forms and what you can do to stop the bleeding. All too often complexity is not fully understood and attempts to reduce it fall flat as people don't consider all the facets across product, process, and organization. This book shows you how the multidimensional pieces work together and how to solve across the spectrum for the biggest benefit vs death by a thousand cuts using a bottoms up approach only focusing on a piece of the puzzle. Excellent read and great application!
